Expertise creating and sending personalized emails with dynamic content blocks using Email Studio in SFMC. • Ability to develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript, Guide Template Language, and front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, Server-Side JavaScript, and AMPScript. • Proficiency in driving customer journey creation, audience segmentation, and Audience Builder configuration in Journey Builder. • Experience in automation configuration and workflows within Automation Studio and ability to implement automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS). • Proficient in SQL and Marketing Cloud's contact data model. • Proficient in REST and SOAP API capabilities and implement automated solutions. • Experience in platform migration projects, new instance set-up, new BU set-up, and best practices. • Familiarity with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for emails.
