Responsibilities for system engineer infrastructure messagging rif 19211 • Manage the on-premise office infrastructure (e.g. Active directory, ADFS, DFS) • Manage in cloud office system platform (e.g. office 365) • Manage and monitor Service level of Office System • Management and implementation of Office System tools • Participation in meetings to meet requirements by collecting and sharing solutions ensuring compliance with standards. • Preparation and participation in the SLA review meeting with suppliers • Verification of deliverables • Management of issues • Support for users • Fluent knowledge in English written and verbal Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant management experience in ITIL processes v.3 2011; • Microsoft MCSE certification • Excellent planning skills and ability to work for goals with passion for results; • Good ability to analyze complex and synthetic systems, problem solving and logical and schematic approach; • Excellent ability to work in team and resource management, predisposition to interpersonal relationships, flexibility and proactivity; • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
