In Dev World, we are looking for a Middle Project Manager to strengthen the team on a strategic project for one of our key clients . The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager , ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery of project milestones. What you will do Operational Management : Continuously monitor project timelines and key KPIs to ensure progress and quality delivery Budget Management : Support cost control activities and assist in managing the allocated project budget Reporting : Prepare project documentation and provide regular status updates and progress reports Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to ensure smooth communication across departments and stakeholders Experience : At least 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role Languages : Excellent command of English (minimum B2/C1 ) Italian : Native Soft Skills : Proactive mindset Strong analytical skills Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments Working details Location : Hybrid working model On-site presence : 2 days per week in Milan What we offer Involvement in a strategic and high-impact project Close collaboration with senior leadership and exposure to decision-making processes A hybrid working model with flexibility A dynamic and structured work environment Applicants are requested to submit a CV that matches the requirements of the open position; only candidates who meet the above-mentioned requirements will be considered.
