NETWORK OPERATIONS

COMPETENZE TECNICHE: Troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incident & problems; Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices; Create and update internal low level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams; Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards; Create and managing SSL certificate applied to network and security devices; Contribute to managing Team mailbox. ESPERIENZA: 5+ years work experience in related activities; Autonomy in leading the activities in which he/she is involved; Excellence in execution; Result oriented; Knowledge of English, both written and spoken at least B1 level; Willingness to work based on complex change management processes; Ability to read and write HLDs and LLDs; Ability to interpret high-level guidelines/standards for both Network and Security; Ability to operate autonomously on CheckPoint firewall (also VSX) for creating firewall/VPN rules and troubleshooting; Ability to operate autonomously on F5 balancers (LTM/APM) for VIP/POOL creation, SSL Certificates, iRule and troubleshooting; Ability to operate autonomously on Cisco / Cisco Nexus equipment for L2 and L3 management (basic EIGRP / basic BGP); Ability to operate independently in the management and resolution of problems relating to SSL certificates and encryption issues; Physical presence at ING Italy Milan office is required at least one day per week.
