DEVWORLD is looking for a Middle Functional Analyst with PL/SQL Development Experience DEVWORLD is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Middle Functional Analyst with PL/SQL development experience who can operate both as a functional analyst and as a PL/SQL developer, ensuring end-to-end ownership of data analysis and development activities. We are looking for smart professional with 2–4 years of experience who is able to combine technical development skills with strong functional analysis capabilities. Key Responsibilities Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design and develop PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions Optimize complex SQL queries on Oracle databases Support business teams in interpreting and analyzing data Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing procedures Produce technical and functional documentation Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams Technical Requirements SQL | Advanced PL/SQL (procedures, packages, triggers, cursors) | Advanced Relational data modeling | Good knowledge Query tuning and optimization | Nice to have Oracle Database (11g / 12c / 19c) | Nice to have ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, ODI) | Nice to have Python for data analysis | Nice to have Functional Requirements Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions Experience in data flow management and management reporting Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Autonomy and proactive mindset Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines Education Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics , or related fields Logistics Working model: Hybrid Location: Biella (Italy) For this reason, candidates based in Piemonte or Lombardia are preferred Selection Process & Equal Opportunities Only candidates who meet the required qualifications will be taken into consideration.
