Event Logistics Lead (BIG)

Key Responsibilities : • Develop logistical elements for event staff prior to and during the tournament; • Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials (as required); • Support recruitment of Event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials; • Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials; • Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions (as required); • Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs; • Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments; • Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management. Preferred Skillset/Qualifications : • Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles; • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents; • Experienced in managing vendors and third-party stakeholders.

For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for an Event Logistics Lead . Location : onsite in Milan (Italy). It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
