In Devworld , we are currently looking for a Data Scientist with strong Databricks experience to join a growing data-driven team. Role Overview As a Data Scientist, you will work on advanced analytics and machine learning projects, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions on modern Big Data platforms. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Design and develop machine learning and statistical models Perform data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering on large datasets Use Databricks for data processing, analytics, and model training Work with Apache Spark for distributed data processing Translate business requirements into data science solutions Deploy, monitor, and improve models in production (MLOps mindset) Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role Strong proficiency in Python Hands-on experience with Databricks Solid knowledge of Apache Spark Good understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP – Azure preferred) Ability to work with notebooks, pipelines, and version control systems Nice to Have Experience with MLflow Advanced SQL skills Knowledge of MLOps practices Experience with NLP, forecasting, or recommendation systems Academic background in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) We invite candidates who meet the requirements of the position to submit their application.
