Esperienza comprovata nel fornire supporto tecnico di 1° e 2° livello. Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi operativi Windows e applicazioni software comuni. Eccellenti competenze di risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di gestire situazioni stressanti. Forti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team. Conoscenza di reti e protocolli di comunicazione.
