In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing , mapping , and optimizing business processes , working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency , collaboration and digitalization — with a particular focus on Atlassian tools . Key Responsibilities: Analyze and map business processes , identifying areas for improvement; Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication ; Use Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , etc.) to support digital transformation ; Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies; Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas. Work mode: 100% remote.
